Understanding the 4 Primary Personality Types and Catering to Their Behaviors - Mark Hinton - 1 hour

In practice, we tend to treat patients the same; and yet there are fundamental differences that often impede our ability to communicate effectively with these patients. This workshop identifies the 4 basic personality types who walk into your practice every day. Understanding how these "types" think differently, with different needs, provides for better communication in order to exceed expectations. It's interactive, all participants will determine their own personality "type."

Patient Push back! Are You Prepared? - Mark Hinton - 2 hours

This workshop will provide a lively, engaging and interactive opportunity to understand the fundamental map to deal directly and clearly with patient push back. For example, patients express: "Why do I have to fill out these forms again? I did this last time and nothing's changed!" OR "I don't want that smeary coating again! I couldn't keep them clean!" OR "I don't want any test my insurance does not cover!" OR "I just want to get those over the counter readers at Costco where I get 3 pair for $20". We hear these push backs, and more frequently. You'll learn to meet them head-on, prepared, with a smile of confidence! Your day in the office is about to get a whole lot easie
